We're walking around in a movie that we're all projecting collectively.
So if I'm not allowing the movie to pour through me in an integrated fashion, I'm going to experience a disintegrated movie.
It's going to reflect back to me all so that I can see that I'm not integrating within myself.
So it's all feedback to allow us to heal ourselves, to allow us to wake up.
We're not here to survive.
We're here to awaken.
And that's sort of what the quote that you were reading was.
It's about that, that we have to get out of this idea that we outrun our negative thoughts and keep pushing and keep going until we make it somewhere.
It's not about that.
So what happened for me was I had to embrace like this feeling.
I was like,
What is this feeling?
It's just an energy, Sue.
It can't be that bad, whatever it is that you're so afraid of.
So I would just go into this area and breathe with it and not try to assign a story to it.
Because when we assign a story to it, we dilute our ability to do anything about it.
Now I'm blaming the story.
Mm-hmm.
Oh, I feel anxious because you did this.
That's a deflection that's going to keep me in anxiety longer.
