Um, typically during my day to day, when I'm working just a normal shift, you know, we have morning lecture every day at 715.
And then our shift actually starts around eight and all the morning lectures right now are still in person.
They're all in person with one of our faculty members going over some topic.
And a lot of that's more lecture focused.
then around we work from eight until noon.
And then around noon, we get a little bit of a lunch break.
And then 1230, we start another set of lectures.
But the 1230 lecture is actually more case based.
So it's more so I guess hot seat, not necessarily hot seat, but more so going through cases.
And so one person will take the case, go through from top to bottom.
And then what that case is, or what that kind of hot seat topic is that
Day is different either every day or every week.
Do that from about 12.30 to 1.15, 1.30-ish.
And then we get back to work until five.
The reason we come in on our late shifts at 1230 is so we can attend that lecture.
And I've kind of noticed that there's some changes being made to our educational system, at least our curriculum here at UVA.
So we're actually getting away from in-person lectures in the morning time.
You know, sometimes we'll get lectures on rotations that, one, I haven't done or, you know, I'm on neuroradiology, so I want to study for neuroradiology, but I have a chest lecture.
And so you still want to be prepared for it, but you're not really in the head space to consume that information at that time.
So we're actually splitting it up for that morning lecture.
