And uh uh of course I'm a big fan of OKR's objectives and key results.

Not KPS, but OKR strategic objectives and measures that will let you know along the way whether you're getting there.

And that, you know, OCARs are make accountability visible.

That requires them to chase it down.

And I think weekly check ins are really important.
