Spend your time thinking about the feedback you want to give each of your direct reports.

And coach coach your managers about how they're gonna give their feedback to their direct reports.

Do things that only you can do and let the let the other stuff go.

They're AI agents for everything these days.

You learn how to program those and let those let AI take care of those things.

And save your r time for relationships and

trust building and seeing people in a in a real way.

I th uh for me it's more organic.

Uh again, I I'm all about relationships.

So those things compounded over time, but I think the consistency is intentional.
