They're like, whoa, this is amazing.

This is more than I thought it ever would be.

What a beautiful story.

And I often tell people that I'm like, even when I do my own hiring, I want to find like that diamond in the rough.

I want to find that person that has this hustle, has this drive, but on paper would never make it, you know, under certain people's criteria or whatever.

Many.

They're like millions of people.

Right.

Yeah.

Yeah, no, that is absolutely amazing.

And just changing people's lives and families' lives just by getting the opportunity that he might not have otherwise gotten.

That is beautiful.
