So if you think of like, let's say you break your leg and you're in uh Korea, then what happens to you in Korea and in a Korean hospital from a clinical perspective is like fairly similar, you know?
Like they're gonna x-ray you, the you're gonna have a conversation with an orthopedic doctor or emergency doctor.
So they're gonna say, hey, you broke your leg.
We need to do an operation to fix it.
And the person operating is gonna have read all of the best orthopaedic journals and like global standards, but there'll be some Korean specific um uh aspects on like how it's managed and actually maybe how it's built and how it gets managed in that specific hospital and insurance system and et cetera.
But as far as like the clinical
Bit is quite similar.
So what makes Heidi great in that clinical interaction actually travels super well.
This is surprising to us, like wasn't intentional, but actually we've realized that like being the best in the room, transcribing tricky scenarios, writing really closely to what a doctor writes.
Um, that's all that's like winning in every country.
The gap is always a few things.
One is for almost product stuff.
So you need to localize that the product.
Um, it's harder than it seems.
It's not just translation.
Like there's like product marketing.
How do you explain what it does?
Um, how do you teach people how it works?
They have different expectations of like self-service software versus like having in person to talk to.
So then that gets you to like team.
