In the long run, I think it's got to be about medical devices and just like what you build.

Like, is an open AI or medical record willing to one day triage the emergency or um investigate for a patient or give people specialist advice and draft orders and do things that can like really have real stakes?

Like you're an x-ray machine.

You're not just like some pretty chat bar that answering questions.

So I think I think that's why like as a company, it's both our mission, it's what we're passionate about, but also is like tactically the right thing to go for really clinical, tricky, regulated, hard use cases.

Um and I do think the model companies will be great partners to us because it's probably not something they're gonna want to do, but they they're definitely gonna want to partner to get their models into these environments, you know, where maybe Heidi one day orders.

Um and yeah, but I I know for all the vertical AI businesses it's always a challenge.

You gotta box them out somehow.

Yeah, um, I think in maybe different dimensions.

So how we responded initially was we set up like a small team, three people to start building a new product just using the GPT models.

Cause our products, because we'd built all our own models, it was quite attached to the UI and the experience we'd built.

So it's like, okay, there's no way we can actually figure out how good these GPT models are.

Can you just like break off?

We called it second, like the second act of Heidi.

Just like go build stuff.

I'd say intellectually, instantly knew that we were in trouble because we had used the GPT models in 2022 and we had kind of discounted the scaling laws.
