And it's been a treat to see your work over the years as we sort of crisscross the country on different keynote stages.
So it's an honor to be here today with you.

It's actually the professional nursing validation company.
And we're new.
We started just this year.
Our founder is Dean Linda Macaulay.
She's now retired.
She's the former Dean of Emory School of Nursing.
She had a 16-year tenure there, brought the school from being ranked, I believe, in the 20s to ranked number one over multiple years in a row towards the end.
Of her leadership.
And while she was doing that work, she partnered closely with Sharon Pappas, who's the chief nurse executive of Emery Healthcare.
They had an extraordinary practice academic partnership.
And they spent years scratching their heads over what we like to call the nursing professional identity crisis.
We as nurses, and I'm an emergency nurse by training, that's one of the hats that I've worn over the course of my career.
