Compare that to about a million engineers, about a million architects, 1.4 or so million lawyers, maybe a few too many of those, but that's sort of the numbers that we're seeing right now.

We all take the NCLEX from associate degree to bachelor's to master's, et cetera.

So, anyways, Linda Macaulay brought Sharon in and brought in a group of other folks like Tim Portero, Grady, Karen Grimley.

We've got an extraordinary board of director.

They put their heads together and said, we want to build a new credential.

that differentiates and designates the professional nurse.

And so that's what we've done.

It's based on the AACN 10 essential domains.

You know, those were published in 2021.

We have built a new credential around that, around all that evidence.

And I'm excited.
