So RN, comma PVN, which essentially says,

Hey, you want to hire me because I've shown competency.

I've passed the INCLEX, but by passing the PVN, I've shown a competent understanding of nursing as a business.

So I'm going to be your next nurse manager.

I'm going to be your next chief nursing officer.

I know how to sit at a leadership table.

I know how to talk the business.

And I know how to show up and help get your hospital to magnet or help get your hospital to an

improve its quality scores and retention scores.

So we've built this, we're live now.

We are thrilled because I so basically I get to travel the country and meet with nurse executives, deans of nursing schools, and just share this idea with them.

And everybody comes back and says, we have needed this for decades.

So we finally have it and we're thrilled about it.

That's right.

So they sit for another exam.

And this is a complement to the NCLEX.
