When you pass the INCLEX, it says you're safe to practice.

Right.

When you pass the new exam, which is the PVN, the professionally validated nurse, that says you're ready to practice.

So we are a compliment.

We're never going to replace the NCLEX.

There's no desire to do that, but the NCLEX only touches a piece of the pie.

We're trying to provide the rest of the pie so that new graduates.

Nurses, for example, can step into the workforce feeling more confident.
