So burnout is rooted in capitalism.
Healthcare tells us we don't have time.
Compassion argues against that and says when you work in a space of compassion, you do have more time.

Sense of abundance and you can do things differently.
So you said we need to think differently.
My argument is that that begins with compassion.
Does that make sense?
