So many of you guys come into my DMs and said, well, my doctor said, I can't have it.
Or my doctor said, and I'm like, dude, you asked one person, usually a dude, and then you went on with your day and you decided that you're not a candidate.
And I had a huge bum rush of followers recently.
I got like 12,000 followers in two days.
It was crazy.
And the DMs were cuckoo cachoo as far as how many women... Because I had written in my stories that day about my bone density improvement on DEXA scan with HRT.
And mind you, I was not training anywhere near as hard or as regularly or consuming as much protein as I had been on my prior DEXA scan.
And yet...
my fat was higher, my muscle was lower, my visceral fat was higher as to be expected, but my bone density score was like significantly improved.
And the only variable there is, yeah, I had a little extra weight on me, so gravity helped, but it was the estrogen, you guys.
And so I got a ton of messages back and replies to those stories from women saying, I'm scared to take hormones.
My doctor said, no, my doctor said, it's always my doctor said, no, don't stop there.
Second opinion, third opinion, don't just take the first opinion and go with it.
You very well may be intolerant because you have other systems that are completely out of whack that need to be addressed.
And in fact, it takes me, I was just talking to a colleague, it takes me a good nine months to fully onboard somebody onto a full HRT regimen.
That's how much we have to get through.
That's how much muck and mire we have to get through.
I got to get them pooping every day.
I got to get them hydrated.
I got to get them eating well.
