Well, as you know, I talk about in the podcast, our 1000 waking minutes.
Well, I came to that, you know, there's a longer backstory to it, but sort of I'm very math minded, science minded.
And it was just, you know, the idea that time is life's currency.
And if we do, and because all that great sleep research has been coming along, but for several decades already, if we get health supporting sleep hours, we're left with about a thousand waking minutes to engage people.
our day and some of its obligation and not fun, you know, and, and some of it's within our own personal agency.
And so I think in sort of putting it in context, I'd love to know, maybe I'll ask a little personal, but also what you've seen in your career, you know, if health is ultimately lived, you know, we get the same stash every day.
You can't save up your minutes, but if we're living sort of minute to minute, hour to hour,
How are these minutes organized might be an important question.
What gives, in your opinion, or your professional knowledge base, the greatest return on investment for our waking minutes towards a well-lived life?
Not necessarily weight, but all the pieces.
Right.
So you've got to prioritize it.
And maybe if someone gets interested more in the progress of it than being perfect all the time.
Yes.
And fun is part of health too, right?
Absolutely.
And Jim, I'm really big on aligning our behaviors.
So if you're watching TV, and I know this doesn't have to happen all the time, but you can do stuff.
You can move.
You can be doing other while we're consuming.
