So there's an issue here of, first of all, just because you know about atrial fibrillation doesn't mean that we actually really know what is best to do about it.
And doing something is definitely not always better than doing nothing.
It comes with risks.
But there's also this equity issue where
People often who have the watch and pay a lower premium are likely to be the people with more money in the first place who can eat a healthier diet, who can drink less, who can access exercise.
And it's the people who can least afford their insurance premiums that will find it hardest to eat a healthy diet.
That's a really subtle problem with these devices that I hadn't really thought about.
