What determines your diet in the UK is the UK food environment, which essentially forces a majority of people to mostly eat unhealthy food.

Your lovely line where you said, look, no one in Sardinia is living long because they've read more books on how to live long, how to live like a Sardinian.
They're just living in Sardinia.
And the same with people in Nicoya Peninsula and Costa Rica or Caria in Greece, that they haven't got a handbook.
They're just living their Greek lives.
