Yeah, that's that's a really good question because burnout is more of being put in a position where you don't get to be you.
It's more of a sign that you're in the wrong spot.
Right.
Because what we talked about just a minute ago, if we put you in a place where you get to live your why, how and what, you'd have unlimited energy for it.
You wouldn't burn out.
But we put you in that other pla spot where you didn't get to live your why how and what.
How how long would it take you to be burned out there?
Very short amount of time.
Exactly.
Now you're just like, Oh my gosh, I gotta go in again and I gotta go do this again.
Not any fun.
And so again, like we talked about, suddenly you think something's wrong with you.
When all we ha would have to do is put you in a different position
And suddenly all your energy and your love and your excitement and your
You know, all the fun stuff gets to come back.
When you're in a place where you get to live your why, how and what.
And so that's why it's so important that you know it.
Because if you don't know it, how are you gonna do it?
Right.
How are you gonna put someone in a place where they love what they do if you don't even know who they are?
