I had a meeting, we're bringing this to the US Navy.

I had a meeting with an admiral of the Navy.

Had to have him discover his YOS before I got on the call with him because what would we be talking about?

Right?

We'd be going round and round in a bunch of circles.

But now that I knew who it was that I was talking to, and he knew that I knew him from that perspective,

The level of trust goes up.

The types of conversations we can have are so different.

And I can just be completely you know uh outright with him and just say, you know, here's your why, how, and what.

Are we meeting it?

Is there something I'm not seeing?

Is there something we need to do better in order to make sure that it's in alignment with your why, how, and what?

And those are just honest conversations.

Not sneaky, but just right to the point.

And he's like, Man, this was great.

What a great conversation.
