So, for me, I would definitely say being out all night and then getting up early. That's one that was cute back then, but I just can't do it now. I be so grumpy if I don't get at least seven hours of sleep. Like, I need at least a good seven hours. I be so grumpy, and you could tell. Like, I'm not trying to be here. Which, well, I take that back. You can't tell.
But I just know myself, and I feel like my temperament be a little off when I haven't got enough sleep. I think I do my best to still be nice and pleasant, but I need my sleep. I can't do it. But when I was younger...
I'm talking about be out till 6 in the morning, go to the club, go to the strip club, go to the after hours, creeping in when the sun coming up, and then got to be at work at 8 o'clock. That's how I used to be living. I can't do it no more. I really cannot. I love to be in my bed, tucked in, getting rid of bedtime stories. By 10 p.m. Yeah. I agree. I think being a homebody is okay. Yeah.
In your 20s, like, people make sense. Oh, you always want to be at home. Yeah, it's peaceful there. I'm safe there. In your 20s, though, I do. I feel like that's a little... You know... You're supposed to be outside and having fun. Yeah. I think about balance. Like I said, if I could go back to my 20s, I would be just a little bit more focused.
Because if I was focused in my 20s like I am now, I would be a millionaire by now. Yeah. You know what I'm saying? But to be the devil's advocate, it's people who was focused in their 20s and they still not millionaires, if that makes you feel better.
Yeah. I guess I just feel like I should have had more balance in my 20s. Oh, for sure. Because if you was out every night, you definitely needed some values. The nights I wasn't working, because mind you, I work at the club. So you would think on my days off, I would take a day off. Because I'm already in the... Baby, no. I'm like, oh, I'm going to work tonight. I'm going out.
That's why I say I was living a wild life. But I also think that was our culture too, right? Yes. When I was in college, it was all the way turnt up, swag, serve. Yes. All of that stuff, that was bottle serving. Rockstar lifestyle might not make it. Come on. We were in the club, clinking bottles together. We was leaving. We was wasted. Yeah. I'm wasted.
Man. That was the times. Now people are a little bit more cognizant. I don't wear tight jeans like the white boys, but I do get ready to like, yes, man. So now people, now they're a little more cognizant on what they're putting in their bodies, how they're acting in public. Yeah. The new generation is more into drugs and other things, not necessarily getting lit and turnt up like we were.
