And the other thing about feedlot producers is they're okay sharing opinions.
They don't keep things inside.
They will call you and let you know what they want you to build.
So throughout the year, we have 4,300 customers calling us saying, hey, it would be nice if you had this and you had this.
And so our team does such a great job talking to those customers, taking those notes down, and bringing that information to the development team to figure out, all right, how do we triage this and get these tools built for these producers.
That's awesome.
You've got to hear them out.
And it's, you know, what's the worst thing?
Like when you have a new tool and it's not working or you don't know how to use it and so you call a support line.
And the first thing you get is a machine.
And then maybe you get somebody on the phone.
They're like, let me put you on hold.
And then you're on hold for 30 minutes.
And for us, we're like, we're never doing that.
We're going to have people on the phones.
You call Performance Livestock.
You're going to get somebody on the phone, and they're going to answer your question.
