We need to become an income builder, business owner, a business owner owns properties that owns that, that makes them income.
Let me give you a quick example of what that is.
Remember
The key thought is we build the business before we buy real estate.
Just like if you're going to start a convenience store, you know, a convenience store, candy bars and sewing machines and all that good stuff.
Well, you would not sign a lease on a location, open the doors and set a box of candy bars in there on the ground.
You wouldn't do that.
You go out of business in like two seconds.
What you would do is you would build the business first.
You get the gondolas, the little shelving units, all the candy bars going on, the countertops, cold storage, bank accounts, cash registers, employees, everything in the business before you buy any inventory.
Then as soon as you build the business, you get the right people and everything in place, then you buy the inventory.
Same thing with real estate investing.
We build the entire business in, I invest in five different states now, Ohio, Texas, Arizona, Tennessee, and Indiana.
And everywhere I go, I build a brand new business in those cities.
And this is where I've taught thousands of my students.
Now we build the business.
Then we hire the experts.
Remember, I don't want to deal with tenants.
I don't want to deal with problems.
