Again, it's a pain in the neck when that time comes around, but I'm glad every time, especially when I discover something that I feel like I should have seen real time.
At least we're finding it now.
We're actioning whatever it is that we need to improve on.
Oh yeah.
Yeah, I mean, when I first came to the department, it's not like it was on fire.
But, yeah, my current position is VP of Operations and Customer Experience.
I'm overseeing dispatch, call center, install coordination, and everything.
You know, thankfully there were already some good people on the teams, but we hadn't really looked at the data in a long time.
How can we make improvements?
And so I felt like I needed to be everywhere looking at everything and I just couldn't do it.
So yeah, my first hire about a year and a half ago was Manny as the call center manager.
Oh, yeah.
Poor Manny.
Yeah, we interviewed probably seven or eight people.
He was the first one.
And so, although I had a great feeling about him, we didn't want to pull the trigger too soon because it's such an important position.
Yeah.
And I know how passionate you are about that position.
And...
Finding Manny, we're a complex system here, so it takes people a little while to get their feet under him.
