I don't believe I deserve to be here.
And by the beginning of the second year, they switch places.
And that is so much fun to watch.
And we create conflict that they have to handle, and they have to be able to keep each other accountable.
And then we allow them a lot of opportunities to do interactions with adults in the community, with people who are movers and shakers and business people and other people in the community.
And then they have public speaking opportunities.
And we teach them basic things like just etiquette and how do you –
How do you sit down and eat?
How do you dress?
How do you meet other people?
And our students have gotten so good with this,
that we have now people who say, if you have a student, we will accept them as an intern automatically.
They don't have to apply.
They just have to tell us they want to be in our program.
They have their own graduation service.
It is not unusual to find two or three of them sitting in a corner praying together before class.
This is a public university.
That's not a normal program.
And we've watched these kids grow, and we've had opportunities to visit with them.
And sometimes, you know, you get real close to some.
