And then they're –

We try to get somebody from every one of the colleges.

There are six colleges in the university.

So they get diversity from an engineer to a nurse to a teacher to somebody in the music department to somebody in the ag department.

So you get to know people they wouldn't get to know otherwise.

We put them on teams together, and they do nonprofit events.

They have to determine with a nonprofit what they're going to do and what the nonprofit could use.

And then they have to learn to work together.

They have to learn to keep each other accountable.

And some of you will remember group projects in high school.

And you're the one who always did the group project.

And everybody else sort of sat on the sideline.

Well, when you get these people there, they all want to do the group project.

And they don't want to sit on the sideline.

And so now they have to learn how to let other people do part of that project and how you trust them.

And so you build trust.

And you build community.

And we watch these kids, and it's really funny because we have two kinds of kids who come in the program.

They're the kinds who say, why did it take you so long to recognize the talent that I have?

Then you have the ones on the other side who say, I don't really belong in this program.
