So what do you do with your money?

Or if they do open a high interest account, they don't think about, okay, well, what's the high interest account that allows me up to $2.5 million in high interest debt?
A lot of the high interest accounts that we see with our normal banks, the big four and things, they will have a limit of up to $200,000 before the rate goes down to 1%, which is disgusting behavior by the banks.
But why, oh, I'm going to give you more money, so I'm going to pay you less interest.
What logic does that have?
Yeah, the squirreling away one is it's the lack of taking action.
for a long period of time that then comes back around and says, well, I could have been living a much different lifestyle based on that.
Same, same but different.
In both cases, the first thing is you've got to take a breath.
Someone may have just died.
You might have just separated.
There's a lot of emotion that flows around there.
We tend to put them into three different categories.
You've got lifestyle and luxury, which is a one-off spend that
For example, when someone passes away, we often talk to our clients about, hey, this is a large sum of money.
You will invest the rest and we will talk about paying down debt and things.
But right now, think about the things that your relative that's bequeathed this money to you might want you to do or enjoy or have that is different, right?
So-
I'm not saying save it all, invest it all, but take a moment and think about those things.
