So as I believe the lone veteran at the day is, I appreciate the recognition of Memorial Day.

I want to stress the fact Memorial Day is the day that we honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice.

On Veterans Day, we also recognize serving.

And some of those were people that I was in ROTC with in college.

So it's kind of personal for me.

And we should take every opportunity to understand that

The kind of experience we had tonight is possible because of this country in which we live and the protection that that country has.

I also wanted to note quickly that David Howard, the chair of MPTA, has agreed to come and speak to us at TPD on June 1st.

So those who might want to hear from him directly, because that wish was expressed, and one of the things we will talk about is what kind of ongoing engagement we should have with that board.

So what his thoughts are, they're very willing.
