Good evening, I'm Renee Johnson and I'm honored to represent District 4. Wait a minute. We have one more council member coming down the steps and we'll just wait.
So as well as... Ed Driggs coming around. I think that we have a few people that were out in the audience, so we'll come back and say we'll start with Ms. Watlington. Good evening. I'm Victoria Watlington. There's William. How are you doing? And I have the pleasure of serving you all as a member at large. All right. Is there anyone that we missed? Mr. Driggs? He called it down. He called it on the way down. We didn't have a mic. Thank you.

I'm Ed Driggs, District 7.
Thank you very much. I do want to say that we begin our meeting with an invocation which is an expression of our inspiration followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. We hope that everyone would be able to participate in this even though we know that there are people without religious faith. So tonight we're going to ask Council Member Graham to give our invocation and as soon as that is done we will have our Pledge allegiance to the flag.

Dear Lord, we come together today, not nearly as representative of our own views, but the servants of the entire community.
Grant us the wisdom to listen before we speak, the humility to consider what we may not yet understand, and the courage to choose what is right over what is easy. Remind us that those seated around the dais and those we represent beyond the walls are bound together by common hopes.
Safe neighborhoods, thriving families, and a city that cures for its most vulnerable. Extend grace through us today for those who struggle.
Extend grace for those who need our help. Extend grace to this council with the decisions that we have to make, extend grace to our community.

God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. Thank you, everyone. Our next item for this meeting is to be mayor and council consent items. Questions and answers on the consent items number 22 and 44 may be considered in one motion, except for those removed by a council member. so please note that on item 29 which is the woodland elevated storage tank construction and construction administrative services with item number 39 that an airport technology on on-call services are being deferred by the staff until a future meeting so before we take the vote is there anything that would a council member would like to con council comment mr miss mayfield Thank you, Madam Mayor. I would like number 42 and 43 pulled for separate vote.
