on a connection to that park and so we do feel like this is a good opportunity to create some housing opportunities in an area that is walkable to employment and activities and restaurants and schools and parks and also as holly mentioned has good connectivity to transit happy to answer any questions

So just want to not really a question, but I'm very excited to continue to see y'all working and collaborating.

and being thoughtful of connectivity as well with the existing park and rec and Greenway, and also thinking through the school that is nearby.

As a former teacher, I think that is so imperative.

At one point, I lived right across the street from the school I worked at, and that made life a lot easier.

So I'm hoping that more teachers and other public servants will also be able to live in the community where they work.

So I appreciate you building density in an area where we need that.
