When Bergner got home, he realized that he forgot the binder the report was in on his desk.
He panicked.
He called the prison and asked a fellow employee to look for it.
They said they couldn't find it.
Bergner drove back to the prison in the middle of the night to look for it.
It was mysteriously missing.

A little bit about Patrick Curcioli.
Old Q is a steroid monster of a man covered in tats with a notorious temper.
When he worked for Martin County Sheriff's Office, he got arrested for selling steroids back in 1994.
He also admitting to using the drug while employed.
His file had a letter from a sergeant that said that Curcioli had been repeatedly counseled and reprimanded, ignored department policy, manipulated the rules to benefit himself, and showed no respect for supervisors or authority.
The steroid charges were dropped after he agreed to complete an 18-month drug prevention program.
His law enforcement certification was suspended from 1994 to 1996, followed by a year of probation.
Oh, he learned a lot in that little break.
