And it's been a tremendous turnaround and they're delivering great things on track as well relative to what's possible.
And I like the approach they're taking with drivers, with Olly Behrman in particular, really backing that ability there and they're getting some great results out of that.
So it's made it a lively and interesting team.
I guess what I'd really like to see...
Wouldn't it be great if just Gene has decided to go all in on it?
And because he's the sole owner of it, he can control the strategy.
You could have a genuine, proper, long-term, long-horizon strategy for building up the team.
And okay, you might well have to sell a minority stake to free up some cash to invest in doing that.
But wouldn't that be fantastic?
Because then you get a kind of old-school private owner
still maintaining control, but actually thinking, right, let's take this team from being this overachieving curiosity into being potentially, in the long term, a big beast in Formula 1.
They always want homework after the podcast.
Simple then, just tow it across the Atlantic.
That's how these things work, isn't it?
That's the dream.
But yeah, it tells you, once again, this is a team that historically, there are all sorts of different routes it could have taken.
And we're again at that same point.
So yeah, who knows what it'll be.
For now, they are basically pitching in a great season to be...
leading the midfield.
