Now, if they say, I'm a hard worker because, you know, I've always arrived on time at nine o'clock in the morning for my shift, you know, they're not a hard worker because it doesn't take a lot of hard work to do that.
However, you know, if they say, you know, I've always been on time for all my shifts, which have either been at five o'clock in the morning or another time.
And I've had to, you know, make sure that all these things are done.

Let's talk about stress.
Give me an example where you've shown that you're stress resilient.
I had one candidate tell me once that they went to university in a different town in the same country that they've lived in for the rest of their life, and they thought that was an extremely stressful trip.
Suffice to say, this person was not right for pre-opening.

I'd say 90% of feedback I get from anyone in the process, whether they're a hiring manager or a candidate, a job seeker, is negative.
