It was always there.
But I just had to believe in myself.
You know, I had to have courage and believe in myself.
I think that's what I would have told myself.
That's a great question really gets me thinking but I think that and it's so it can be cliche this phrase but your health really is your wealth and you know hopefully your listeners that your physical health and your mental health is absolutely everything and I think
materialistic things.
People kill themselves for the bigger things and the finer things in lives and goes through a lot of stress for materialistic things.
And it's just so not important to me.
I just want me to be healthy.
I want my boys to be healthy himself.
I want my little family and that my health really is my wealth.
Oh, Brenda, I would tell them to just make one small change, a baby step today.
Sometimes we can become really overwhelmed when you're making change and you can give up then.
You can be like, oh, Jesus, it's too hard.
It's too hard.
Make one small baby step or one small change and then and keep adding to that because it's the small steps that add to the big changes.
But also going back to number one, remember to believe in yourself.
You have to have that self-belief.
