Digital is how we uh, you know, actually in in computers sort of instantiate uh, you know, with ones and zeros or w whatever, um, a s sort of symbolic representation.
But yes, uh symbolic.
It's a it's such a great it's such a great question.

What's what's cr what's crazy about it is that
Until the written word, people not might not have even thought about the concept of words at all.
And so we were even more oblivious as a species to the idea that there were these individual discretized symbols.
That have relations amongst each other because until you see them outside of yourself.
They just run.

If they're just running in the machinery of of l the the what what language how it's meant to run, which is an a you know an auditory uh kind of medium, you don't really necessarily even think about them as being distinct from one another.
You just have a flow, right?
You just make these sounds and stuff happens.
