My family were terrified in case he'd see me inside or he'd do something.
And I just lived on my nerves.
I lived on my nerves about a year and a half, like, or even for some time after, just in case he'd do something, come back to the house or do something like, you know.
Yeah, it's when you say it out loud, sometimes you think, well, I is God, like, it was a lot like, it was a lot like, yeah.
Yeah.

Because how could he couldn't help this?

oh months after he come out and he was gone from the house and everything and they just asked me how were you getting on and I said I just feel so guilty I feel so guilty that I've left him down that I've left him and that I you know and he turned to me and he said Eleanor everybody in life has something called a choice he said he's made his and he said now you make yours and you get on with your life and I used to always say
all I want to do is help those families, just to let them, all I want to do.
And he said to me, do you know what?
Help yourself first.
He said, heal yourself first.
