I suppose when you've got peace in your home, you can breathe, you can sleep properly, you can start eating properly and taking care of yourself and moving to a different area, just pumping all that love and um healing and support into the children and seeing them coming right.
And when I started seeing them becoming happier, you know, laughing, smiling again, having great friends, doing really well in school.
I just it started to make sense to me then.
I was like, Look at this, look at the change in them and when you start seeing the change in them, it gives you a pep in your step and you know
I worked as an S and A in s in schools for years and I loved that.
I was very lucky to have the holidays to spend with the with the kids and
And I look back, it was all baby steps, Brenda.
Like you'd say, What was the big mo there was no big moment?
And I often say this to to people when I'm messaging them, it's step by step.
I can remember saying to my sister, Oh my god, get them to college, oh my god, how my god She's like, Jesus, let them do their communion confirmation, verse relax.
Yeah.
To know you're yeah, you're gonna way ahead in your in in your head.
Like what it is in the morning, it was basically sometimes putting one foot down, then putting the second foot down.
It was as basic as that.
You get into good space, you kinda put the spotlight on yourself then and you start pumping that love, that healing, that support into yourself and you feel yourself smiling again.
And you know, I always say I thought I'd never make the connection with happiness within me again.
Like you we'd all be like s smiling, the the fake pr you know, smile just to get through.
I had to get through the days.
And then you see you start feeling yourself actually smiling and um and it's a felt emotion and I thought I'd never connect to that emotion.
of happiness again and I definitely have and life is just beautiful.
