It's not the country.

You need to go inside you.

So I started, I suppose I kind of went into my hibernation mode and I never went and I'm not like, I never went to counselling.

I had a bit when he was in rehab and stuff like that.

But I suppose, I don't know why, I just felt that I had what I needed to heal myself inside.

That was my thing.

So I did all my own research.

I journaled.

I was a people pleaser, no self-confidence, no self-worth, no boundaries.

And I sat down and was literally with a journal and a biro and I went, why?

Go back as far as your childhood, go back as far as why did I feel this way?

Why do I do this?

Why, why, why?

And I went on all that journey with myself.

And then I said, right, I'm going to start putting it up online because there'll be somebody there now that's at home and kind of going, what am I going to do?

So I started, now it's probably looking back now, it was kind of melancholic.

It was very much, you know, kind of a tone.

But I value that because that was still part of my journey.

And then I kind of felt, you know what?

You know, then it kind of came into September and I was kind of doing the mom rants and stuff about daily life.
