Boy B brought her over and he sat and spoke with Anna, he said, for no more than five minutes.

He basically said his piece that he wasn't interested and that he wasn't looking for a relationship with her and he just said that Anna looked very annoyed and she barely said anything.

She was giving him like one word answers.

She wasn't talking to him and then she just got up and stormed off.

Yeah, he said that she took the news pretty hard and she didn't want to talk to him after that.

And he didn't actually see which direction she left the park, which was frustrating because they didn't know if she'd tried to go straight home or if she'd gone on a walk after that or something.

They didn't know where she'd gone once she left the park.

So once again, no new leads and police were looking at this case thinking, well, we need to do something.

And so they decided to take both boys now back to the park a second time so that they can get both of them to do the route.

But on this second walk, they noticed that boy B, who had already done this walk once, by the way, he started taking a different route.

What?

How have you changed your answer since yesterday?

And there was also one section of this walk where one of the police officers looked at the two boys and saw them both exchanging a look with each other.

Don't really know how to describe this look because...

Well, I wasn't there, clearly.

Basically, they were just trying to communicate with each other through their eyes, through this look.

And immediately, as soon as the police officers saw this, they were suspicious.

And that was all the police needed to see because now they were viewing these boys as...

potential suspects.

They were no longer people of interest.
