I'm born and raised in Russia, and I moved to the United States 11 years ago to pursue my MBA, my acting dreams, and my real estate investing dreams.

And this is a creation of both of my investing technique and the creativity.

Because I'm saying this because...

This booklet is written in poetry and also it gives a short but useful guide for immigrants and creatives like myself, especially women who start with nothing

and create their abundance and their financial freedom through real estate.

At the same time, not giving away their artistic dreams.

So I kind of met two worlds there, my financial world and my creative world.

This is a story, basically, of myself going against the flow all the time, never taking anyone's advice.

Eventually, I take good advice from some of my mentors, and I can refer to them, especially my mentors in real estate and acting.

But my path is exactly right.

So it's like going against the flow and doing something that typically people don't do.

I mean, like I sold my quite successful legal business in Russia and to pursue my goals in Russia.
