I did investing in real estate in Russia, so it's not a new field for me because I always loved real estate and my family started real estate investing as well.

Back in Russia, they always invested in real estate and me as a young attorney, as a young person, I invested in real estate as well when I could.

But when I moved to the United States, I brought this passion with me along with my passion for my artistic career, which is acting and singing.

It just was always there, investing in real estate for me.

And now when I own like almost five, about five properties, right?

So I want to share my story.

how I basically started doing this and created it from zero.

And as you mentioned, right, with a debt actually.

So, well, I had to pay the debt back first.

It was a Russian bank.

You'd better don't mess up with them.

So, yeah.

Of course, especially my mother, she's very material person.

And she told me like, what, moving to the States?

We don't know anyone there.

I spoke some English, but not good enough, not well enough to kind of,

find myself to build something, you know, to find a job or build something right away.

And my mom was very skeptical because no one in our family ever went to the States back then.

And I was the first person, basically, a pilgrim, right?
