glass at the very end of the movie when lily collins's character you know intellectually knows he's the killer but emotionally needs to know and says release me tell me the truth and he writes hacksaw i want the audience for whom this is mainly targeted to to have that same emotional experience of feeling betrayed by somebody they revered like zac efron
Like it was written off as stunt casting and sensationalizing.
No, the reality is this serial killer got away with it because he charmed people and had a double life.
