Yes.

In different ways, though.

I'm blessed that I've found my people and I have amazing friendships and relationships in my life.

I know...

that I can rely on the fact that even if I feel insecure about how I do what I do, whether I'm recording a podcast interview or writing a book, I can fall back on the fact that I've done it for X amount of hours and X amount of years.

And so I have an evidence base that I'm probably okay at it.

And that's helpful, having that level of practical expertise.

First of all, I think it's really beautiful that you shared that.

And I also think that it's sometimes an amazing thing still to have.

Like, clearly you are brilliant at what you do.

Clearly you were a brilliant rugby player.

Clearly you are, like, great at this and you were great on the traitors and all of that.

But maybe it's good that you don't fully believe it because it means that you care.

And it also means that you are attuned to other people's responses to you.

And that's a really beautiful thing to take in the world.

And we actually need more of it.

So maybe you never want to lose it entirely.
