Like so much even happens in a day for us, for everyone in our life.

We wake up feeling a certain way and definitely be ending it a different way.

And when I think about that version of me when I first started this podcast, I wasn't even a mum yet.

I was pregnant.

I had no idea what the fuck was coming.

And my God, has it been hectic, to say the least.

It's literally two different people.

That Ella to this Ella, completely different.

I am like tenfold more exhausted now.

But also, I think I am a lot more confident.

I'm a lot more confident in what I'm speaking about.

And I'm also a lot more confident in wanting to just sit here and listen to what people have to say.

And I think that that's really unique.

to be honest, because I think what I've learned as well is people want to share.

And if you give them the place to share, then they will.

And that's what I hope to continue in doing.

I think one of the things I am also really proud of from this season, and it doesn't have to do with the numbers or the downloads or any of the external validation, but the thing I'm most proud of, might surprise you, is me.

I continued to show up, continued.

And it was really hard there for a minute because I was definitely doubting myself and what I was doing.

Like, why the fuck are you doing this?
