I'm currently off them because it's just like mind numbing.

So there is that the results were very promising because I also not only did I want people to think, but I also wanted people with a disability to see the results because there was there was it was a low percentage of people who said no, full stop, no.

It was only 12%.

So I wanted people with a disability to see that because most people are very open and they just don't know what they don't know.

So.

I just, I wanted people with a disability to see that too, so that they could put themselves out there a bit more and be a little bit more brave.

So as a woman in sport, I think a lot of the times there are many things that are out of your control.

And not just in sport, in life, there are many things that are out of your control.

But there are things that you can focus on to make yourself feel good.

So you can have a really bad day.

You could be having a really bad time in a competition.

So even in my experience, like Paris in 2024, that's when I retired.

I had an awful championships.

Like I didn't perform very well at all.

And one of my teammates, we were kind of in the same boat together.

So every time we went to go race, we just put this song on because it lifted our mood.

We did our hair.

We made sure we had nice nails.
