But I literally, that was my ultimate goal.
And when I started taking my work really, really seriously, I found all the experts that I could learn everything from, like naturopaths, PTs, like...
athletes, like I started asking everyone the questions that I wanted answers to, like, how can I get this part of my leg like dialed in a little bit more?
How can I like, you know, get my like abs popping a little bit more?
How can I get a 23 centimeter waist?
Period.
Yes.
But yeah, I started taking it really seriously.
So I love weight training.
I've always had PT no matter what
like what I've done over the years.
I do love like Pilates classes, reformer, hot room.
Hot room gets me ripped like so quickly.
