Alcohol is a depressant and more specifically, it depresses your inhibitions, meaning that choices you wouldn't make sober, you would make while intoxicated.
I would hold back on the thought that you might as well just smoke marijuana because that also comes with its own
level of risk set of issues yeah its own set of issues we're not advocating anything on this program but no but i but i do think it is wise to understand the chemicals you put in your body have have consequences and alcohol is a depressant and it reduces your ability to make wise decisions

And my answer might surprise you, but my answer is no.
You have to understand that social skills have moved.
They're not gone.
The biggest mistake that parents can make is preparing their children for their transition
into adulthood instead of the child transition into adulthood.
Like I graduated from high school in 1994 and my mother had to prepare me to go out into the world in 1994.
Children, graduating right now, it's 2026, and they need a completely different set of skills.
And they need to know how to navigate a digital world.
So that's the world that they occupy.
So we look at kids and think like, oh, they're socially awkward.
But that's just because they don't communicate the way that we did.
But they communicate in their way, and that way is very, very digital.
