So no, kids' social skills aren't suffering.
They're just different.
And they're existing on a different playing field.
I don't know why more people aren't talking about it, but I'll be honest with you.
I'm glad they're not talking about it because you have to have a lot of training, a lot of experience to be able to assess someone's body language, someone's verbal language, the pace with which they're talking, the tone with which they're talking.
Like that takes a lot of years of practice to be able to do that.
And also I think it's,
It's really like everybody grieves and does different.
But I should be able to see evidence of that grief and of that trauma in certain ways.
And not everybody has that training.
So I decided to make that video because I noticed people weren't talking about it.
And there are certain things that are really overt.
There are certain things that are like really, really evident when I watch those interviews.
And I thought it was important that people know that when you are engaged in a conversation, when you're leaning back, you're leaning back from a conversation.
One of the kids had his arms closed.
you should know that we assess that as you're being closed off.
There were certain things with his eyes.
There's certain things that we are trained to attend to that has helped me clinically for lots and lots of years that just was like a cowbell, like a red flag going off in the middle of that conversation.
And I wanted to make sure everybody knew about it.
Why everybody else is talking about it, I don't know, but I'm actually glad they're not because not everybody is trained to do this.
