So I would like taller buildings, but what we're getting from builder's remedy is not, and I thought that a place generated in as many jobs as Silicon Valley does would become denser and should become denser, however,
The builders remedy projects we're getting where they are tall buildings with unchanged sidewalks that were designed to be adjacent to single family homes and probably will not,
get out of their houses and go on and walk down the street.
I guess I'm a planner at heart and I need a little more local control than we're getting and I don't think we're getting
good solutions.
So I would prefer a neutral position as opposed to the current motion.
