Um I'm not sure how it fits exactly in the the criteria described already. podcast-host

Uh it appears to only be Mountain View eligible and it's not currently listed, so there wouldn't be an environmental impact from choosing not to list it. podcast-host

They've expressed an interest in pursuing that but have not yet submitted any evidence for our consideration. podcast-host

It's not clear they would need to submit evidence about the economic hardship, justification, for example. podcast-host

Um really they would be left with finding podcast-host

evidence that we had erroneous facts, right, that never would have supported our recommendation in the first place, so that I could initiate a delisting potentially on that basis. podcast-host

I'm not sure if that's, you know, likely to occur or not, but um I I think it's a narrow basis once this is on the register, more than likely. podcast-host
