Fee reductions, property tax rebates, MILDAX um contracts, and how those can carry forward.

So I would ask um I think this is gonna go to the CPPC that we think about those and how we can make those kind of f feel like actual incentives.

Because I think some of the feedback we've received is um people want more, and how can we have that greater flexibility to to

Um and then lastly, I did want to touch on some of the um feedback that our Environmental Planning Commission, our

P C shared, which is um, you know, I actu I watched the meeting um and I um

can't at this time um support the proposal of the supermajority considering a supermajority of the council did not or the um um commission did not vote that way um too abstained and I also feel that um

We need to make sure that um as this is uh as a deliberating body, we are feeling like we have all the information and being able to share our our viewpoints clearly and think some of the feedback from EPC was more incentives, and I would say give us more ideas of what those incentives can be.
