Maybe some sort of minor lipstick, something like that.
And then as time went on, handbags became more of a scene and more of an element of independence that I don't need to rely on anyone to carry anything for me.
So that came to, you know, the Chatelaine where people were carrying like forks and knives around themselves, like crazy things.
And then frame bags came and then the industrial revolution.
So there's all these little pieces that happen within the technological space, whether it's industrial revolution or even going as far as where we have right now, where we see the cycle of carrying a lot, carrying a little, carrying a lot, carrying a little.
Right.
Pockets obviously have been on the rise because people want to carry less.
But the thing is, though, that handbags, as an extension of a woman's personality, will never go anywhere.
It just won't.
So if you look at when the Internet, when the right around...
you know, the boon of the internet, right?
Of social media, right at the beginning, people started having a panic.
Oh my God, people are shopping online.
Oh my God, no one's in stores.
And I've had this ongoing dialogue that it's not that people are shopping, people are shopping differently.
I, a thousand years ago,
was an intern in an ad agency right at the advent of cable TV.
I will die if people start realizing how old I am because at some point my looks are going to go and people will be like, no, you're a lot older than you are.
But no, I'm not.
